Managing Asset Categories

Assets can be assigned to different categories, which can be used to determine which information fields are visible. Asset categories can be added, modified, and removed.

How to Modify Asset Categories

1. In the Sidebar Menu, select Tools > Assets > Asset List and select an asset.

OR

Select an asset from a floorplan.

2. When the Asset Details form appears, click the Edit button.

3. At the bottom of the Employee Details form, select Edit Fields.

4. Select the dropdown marker to the right of the Category field name.

5. Adjust the Category values as needed.

6. Click the Save button to save any changes.
